As lockdown measures lift, we are beginning to see a return to ‘normality’. While many people feel excited about this, some may be feeling anxious or nervous about the changes and pressures that a return to socialising may introduce.

In this video, produced by the national brain injury charity, Headway - the brain injury association, Dr Vaughn McGill of the Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust discusses the feelings that people with brain injuries may have towards lockdown measures lifting, and what you can do if you are feeling worries about it.
